Luzak Terms of Use

Effective date: 6 September 2026

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Luzak browser extension, Luzak website, and related features (the “Service”). The service provider is Daniel Rogowski. Contact: daniel.rogowski@onet.pl.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Luzak is a tool that supports work with questions in Testportal and Moodle environments. It can generate AI-assisted answers, explanations, and other material, and can use contexts supplied by the user.

Luzak is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Testportal or Moodle. Those names may be used only to describe compatibility.

AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must assess it independently before use. The Service is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialist advice.

3. Fair and permitted use

Use Luzak only where AI assistance is permitted by the rules of the course, assessment, institution, or platform owner. You are responsible for checking those rules and for how you use the output. Do not use the Service to cheat, violate academic-integrity rules, bypass safeguards, break the law, or infringe others' rights.

You must not interfere with the Service, circumvent limits or billing, access another person's account, or use the Service to distribute unlawful content.

4. Account, credits, and payments

Some features require an account. Provide accurate information and protect your access credentials. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless they are not attributable to you.

Selected features may consume credits. Before you request an action, you may receive information about available options or its credit cost. Balance, available models, and features may depend on the Service's current configuration. Payment details and any refunds will be presented in the purchase flow or in information required by law before the transaction is completed.

5. User content

You retain rights in content you submit, where you hold those rights. You grant the Controller a limited right to process that content only as necessary to operate the Service, including transferring it to technology providers that deliver the relevant feature.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use or data that you may not disclose. You are responsible for the lawfulness of submitted content and for obtaining any required permissions.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted, maintained, or changed. We may modify, limit, or end features for legitimate reasons, including security, legal compliance, technological, or operational changes. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Controller does not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. The Controller's liability is not excluded or limited where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including consumer-protection law.

8. Complaints and contact

Questions, complaints, and Service reports can be sent to daniel.rogowski@onet.pl. Include a description of the matter and information that identifies the account or transaction, if relevant. We will respond without undue delay to the contact address provided in your request.

9. Governing law and changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in your country of habitual residence. Disputes will be resolved by competent courts under applicable law.

We may amend these Terms for important reasons, such as changes in law, security, features, or the Service's operating model. We will publish the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
